- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Everything was great until I went to pay off the loan and they couldn't have been less helpful. after the loan was paid off, it still took another payment out of my account!! They have the money and said they will mail me a check! outrageous that I have to wait to get my money back when they took it cause they said I owed .34 still cause of interest or something! Really? you couldn't write off .34 or at least call me about it? Take $411.00 to get your .34????By Sherry Leeman, October 19, 2016
